Of course you can. If it's a dongle it's easy. If it's software licensed then simply use the license manager to deactivate. Re-activate when you re-install 6.5 using the same serial, system and activation ID you were given the first time around (2 years ago).

A server decodes and interprets these values as it would any other SETTINGS frame. Explicit acknowledgement of these settings (Section 6.5.3) is not necessary, since a 101 response serves as implicit acknowledgement. Providing these values in the upgrade request gives a client an opportunity to provide parameters prior to receiving any frames from the server.
Header lists are collections of zero or more header fields. When transmitted over a connection, a header list is serialized into a header block using HTTP header compression [COMPRESSION].
